How much does a session cost?Online sessions are billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes at $155 per hour.

Who will I be speaking with?Michelle Mabon will personally facilitate all online sessions, providing expert answers to your questions.

What happens after I book?Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the agreed time, Michelle will call you and connect to TeamViewer via the Databuild help menu.

Can I have a face-to-face online session?If you’d like a face-to-face session, please mention this in your booking comments. Michelle will then schedule a Zoom meeting. However, for sessions requiring extensive use of Databuild, TeamViewer tends to be more efficient.

Do I need to include a lot of detail in my booking comments?No, just a brief description is sufficient. Providing extensive information that requires preparation in advance may incur additional costs.

Can I cancel if I’ve already solved my problem?Yes, you can cancel. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

How will I be billed?We will send you an invoice after the session is completed.
