Yes, your annual Databuild maintenance subscription includes free phone support. For assistance, you can contact Databuild Support at 1300 015 153.
MyDatabuild (Gavcon Limited) is a private company that offers paid support services independently of Databuild. We provide specialized support tailored to your needs, beyond what is included in your Databuild subscription.
Yes, you can submit questions via email, but please note that email support is charged at the same rate as online sessions. We recommend making an online booking instead, as many questions have multiple solutions, and discussing them in person allows us to help you choose the most suitable one.
Online sessions are billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes at $155 per hour.
Michelle Mabon will personally facilitate all online sessions, providing expert answers to your questions.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the agreed time, Michelle will call you and connect to TeamViewer via the Databuild help menu.
If you’d like a face-to-face session, please mention this in your booking comments. Michelle will then schedule a Zoom meeting. However, for sessions requiring extensive use of Databuild, TeamViewer tends to be more efficient.
No, just a brief description is sufficient. Providing extensive information that requires preparation in advance may incur additional costs.
